Disappointed by Budget

I have been insured with Budget for about 2 years and I have had a number of claims, due to crime in my area. My house has been broken into 3 times this year and I do have an alarm and armed response. Every time I contacted Budget with a claim, their service was excellent!!

So this morning I receive a call from them stating that they will be cancelling my policy due to me being an unspecified risk or something like that (sorry, their call woke me at 8.30am after finishing my nightshift at 6am).

I don't even know what to say, they obviously just don't need my business.
