A friend of mine was in a very bad accident, Roodepoort. A bike skipped a red at 170 and rolled her double-cab. He died (my condolences) and she broke her neck and fell out of the bakkie (seatbelt on). I rushed to the scene, phoned Outsurance for authorisation to remove vehicle. What compassion. They ask about HER, be damned with the car! I had no info except plate number, they asked NO more questions, asked to speak to roadvulture and that's it organised!

They took my number, phoned lated to hear what her condition was! Its was a Wednesday 17:00. Monday their assessor phoned, asked for info, police report and asked if I can fill in the report because my friend was in ICU. Got verbal ok from my friend with witness. Thursday vehicle was paid out!

They asked me to send a photo of her, and even later phoned to hear if she is better!!

I am stunned... needless to say i will keep my business with them rest of my life even if I pay a little more!
