I am utterly disgusted with the service received from the Revolving credit department also the complaints department, I am in need of a confirmation of arrangement letter and had to wait 5 days just to hear that Standardbank doesn't supply these letters!!! I got these letters on a letterhead and signed from Absa and Nedbank its just Standard bank and their terrible level of incompetency that cannot assist at all!!! Does one really always have to go to these extreme lengths to get assistance??? ARE THERE ANY COMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING AT STANDARD BANK??? the following people assisted to make me conclude the above PRAVEEN MUNICKUH and his manager NAKANA Mputa, Taryn Huckle
