No Payout, Don't care attitudeNo customer service

My application was approved on the 09/10/2013 and until today my account has still not been credited.
The purpose of a loan is urgency and that is why you apply for one.

I call them daily and all they tell me is they have a system and back log problem, I am really disgusted, irritated, irate and i think their service is pathetic.

Why approve a loan and dont pay out?

I need to take this further and I see they have no client service experience and the level of urgency is poor,

I have never experienced such difficulty any where else, need the matter resolved today and am seeking ways to report the matter higher in the escalation process as this is not the first time.
