Bridge loans late service

I applied for a loan and it was approved on Monday the 4th Feb 2013, today its the 7th and the money is not in my account yet and I'm suppose to repay the money on the 25th. I did not make the loan just for the fun of making the loan I had a problem to take care of. I went to the branch for quiry on Wed the 6th and the consultant told me it normally take 48hrs for the money to be in the bank which means it should have been on my account already by now and she told me there is nothing they can do it handled @ head office.

This morning I phoned the head office and the counsultant told me I'll probably get the money sometime next week as they are three weeks behind.

I needed the money at least by today the 8th, so whats the point of it next week and the fact that I had to do a loan shows the urgency of the matter.

I am a very dissapointed and hate the service you giving your clients
