I was with Santam for many years without a claim. Febr 2013, I moved to Etana, March 21, they broke into my son's car and his Nikon D700 camera, with lenses and I had to claim (it took 2 months to finalize) Last week I had to put in another claim for a lens that fell (Impact damage) and a TV - lightning damage. The TV was worth R25000 in 2005 - I only claimed R11499.00 and now they have a problem with that and sent me a letter to inform me that I must get other insurance, as my policy with them will expire on 30.09.2013. That just tells me, please pay your monthly installment, but PLEASE don't claim. I think this
