Rejection Lette

They opened my window and grabbed my items through my window, using my washing line wire which they cute, and used, they insurance will not pay for my items which is under the amount of R4000 which makes me wonder should something big happen to my house what better excuse will they use, to think that i was referred by someone to FNB, been told to take it to Ombudsman if im not happy, i did not do my insurance through them, why am i refereed to them if im not happy with their rejection latter for less than 4000 items, it means big amount ill be at that ombudsman for 5 years like some cases, i would not send anyone to this company, all they care about is payment every month and i feel like they protect the people breaking in more than their own clients, from what i heard Santam still stands out as the best insurance company
