Personal Loan STILL not paid out

I applied for a personal loan on the 14th due to an emergency. Everything was approved. They have not paid anything out yet as they cannot get hold of the HR at my work. I have spoken to my HR numerous times yesterday and today and she has confirmed that she is in the office and they just need to phone. I have informed the bank of this numerous times now, but no one seems to care. The reason that people take out personal loans are not for fun and games but if you need money urgently. I am not happy with your service at all. I have been wasting my money following up on this. Please assist me immediately as this is not good service from your side.
