NO BAD DEBT - STILL A TRACE ALERT IS ADDED!!

After doing my yearly credit check on myself, I Found a TRACE ALERT on my name - after battling to get hold of someone at the call Centre, I was advised that it was for Standardbank - whom I owed NOTHING to, as I have repaid ALL my debt to them many many many years ago!! I insist on this TRACE ALERT to be removed from my name immediately!
