Debiting account without authorization

People must be aware with dealing with EC Finance, without any explanation or authorization, they will deduct money from your account, Do not give your bank details, until 100% sure! Tried to get hold of them on the phone, but it takes almost an hour to get someone on the line. I'm still waiting for my refund of R49.99 from last month, now they want to take it again this month, but luckily my bank let me know in advance if this was correct. Apparently Netcash does all their debit orders.
