My account was debited with an amount of R179.00 on the 09/10/2013 without any notification and I called the call centre on the 11/10/2013 card division and ask them to cancel the Greenbags on my account. I was promised that it will take 48hrs to do a reversal and the money will reflect on my account after the specified time.
Came Tuesday and nothing was done. Called the call centre again and spoke to a lady that told me that I will not get my money back since its not reversible. Now I have spoken to two people that gave me different stories on this. I am really disappointed by Nedbank for charging me to be loyal to them. Greenbanks are a waste of time and money since one can't use them anywhere. Kindly cancel this on my Cheque Acc and credit card please.
