The service I got from Standard Bank is so bad. Their call center agents are so rude and impatient. What transpired is I got a building loan from the bank (was a length process). Construction commenced and I requested progress payment. Standard sent team of assessors (the service was excellent and efficient - big up) After the assessors I received an sms requesting certain information/ certificate (engineer). Monday (14/10/2013) visited Standard bank branch to submit requested document, a day after called to find out progress guess what the document was not there. The agent requested I resend the document, did exactly that, agent was so rude and impatient. They call company email addresses personal - how funny is that. They want me to continue faxing to various faxes that are not working.
