Loan amount changed

My loan amount was R34500 I think three months ago today when I go to settle I found that I'm owing R 46000 where's I never even skiped a single payment. There is a difference of more than R10000 they used to send statement last month I didn't get it.today I was suprised to see those figures becouse I once complained about the changing of figures in my account
