I have sent an email to Client Services of Metropolitan stating that I would like to have my policy re instated after my retrenchment and I recieved an email from Ruth Mentor who I confirmed the same with her. Last I know have checked through my payments on my statements but just realised that I am not covered as I see that there are no payments that have been deducted as I arranged and yet the whole time I believed that I am covered, I am not sure why was this not done, should anything could have happened to me, that what?? as I have been under the impression that I am covered and I was the one who approached them stating that I am working again and I would like my policy to be reinstated. Meaning if I did not check my statement I would not have known about this. I am dissapointed in this because I have informed Ruth Mentor that I am working again. So what happen to all the money I have been paying all these years. I urgently need a feedback regarding this matter, because I cannot afford to be without cover, unless there is another explanation and I am still covered. Do I always have to complain before I can get excellent service as a client??
