REFUSING REFUND ON CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT IN CREDIT

I have never my life experienced service as bad and as unprofessional as from the RSC group. SInce I've had this account with them, I've had endless problems. That goes from trying to buy something, to paying accounts.

I had transactions on my account in Dec 2012, where consultants at the time told me my card was cloned and some items where purchased on my account. These transactions took up until July 2013 before it was reversed.

I settled the account in May 2013, and for the first time tried to use my account a few days ago, only to be told my card was cancelled because of the activity on my account. I have to apply for a new one.

1) I was never informed that I would have to apply for a new card
2) my account was in credit of R 3200.00 because I settled the account (including the entries in May) these were only corrected in July. I requested a refund of R 3200.00 and was then advised, the department will have to approve it first.

I requested for the account to be closed after this bad service, and the consultant tells me, now there are legal implications involved before I can do so

THIS IS PATHETIC!!! It's my money you refuse to refund
