Car broke Down

My Car broke down in Benoni on 09/10/2013. 60 km from my house. I called Outsurance to see if they will be able to tow my car in from that distance and what the charge would be. Said it will be done and at NO charge to me. They also said the wait is about 46minutes, After 10 minutes i got a call and the guy was at my car, which was a block away from my Client's shop. I wasn't done yet, but the guy Patiently waited for me over 30 minutes. This was Awesome Service in my Books.
