Must say i am really disappointed with the way STD BANK, handles our building loan application. First thing there is no proprer feedback, you always have to call in to find out what is happening, now they are taking me from pillar to post about stamped bank statement which were emailed and faxed therough to them . this process is frutsrating and to think that my Husband is actually moving over to Prestige banking and i was thinking of moving over my accounts there. All we need to know is are we getting the loan or not. I specifivally asked on the 09/10/2013 if there was anything else missing besides my stamped bank statements and the answer was "NO". GUESS WHAT TODAY, THEY ARE SAYING THEY NEED MY HUSBAND BANK STATEMENT FOR SEPTEMBER . PUKLL UP YOUR SOCKS PLEASE
