Can't retrieve my own loan details

I have an outstanding student loan and tried to retrieve some details about it this morning. I.e. Loan amount, interest payment and rate etc. I requested information via email and the lady told me that I should go to my nearest branch. Now what I asked for really wasn't that difficult to provide me with and I can't understand what would make a branch any different especially since the branch that I've taken the loan at is in Potch and I'm in Cape Town. I have provided her with my ID and names etc and I think perhaps might have been too lazy to put any effort into my request. I would appreciate somebody contacting me so I would be able to get the details that I need
