My vehicle was in an accident and was sent for repairs. My vehicle then went to Hyundai for after accident assessment where they noted that certain accident damage was not picked up (ie collapsed shock and shock mountings) - i provided Shaldon with my documents from Hyundai and was informed on 13 September that he was awaiting the assessors feedback. I have sent numerous emails and have tried to contact him however am unable to get hold of him. I called the call centre to lay a complaint with his manager and was told by Tumi that his manager would contact me by the end of the day. It is 2 days later and still nothing. Shaldon isnt answering his phone. The call centre just keeps looping my call back to the beginning of the process and never puts me through to a claims consultant. - I have been driving my vehicle for 4 MONTHS NOW with a busted shock and 2 collapsed shock mountings - this is CAUSING MORE DAMAGE which i will NOT be held responsible for. AWFUL AWFUL "ROYAL SERVICE"... this is becoming a royal pain in my behind!
