Outsurance
Misleading information by the consultant

Business & Finance

My new car was covered on 23 May 2013, the consultant (named above) informed me that I didn't have to take the car for inspection and don't need the tracking devise installed. To my surprise this morning 10/10/2013, I received this sms as quoted "Condition of cover: inspection & approved tracking device in vehicle". So, according to me, for the past four months I have been paying the premiums and my car was not covered due to the conditions of cover which the consultant advised otherwise. Action must be taken against this consultant because as it stands, I feel I should be refunded my premiums for the past four months, if anything would have happened within the said period, I wouldn't be able to claim because of this lack of information by the consultant, yet the premiums were being deducted. This is a gross inconvenience to me and I find it totally unacceptable.
