I am so angry and disappointed actually the way Im feeling about Sanlam Sky is undescribable. We have been having endless issues with Sanlam which even involved the Ombudsman thats how pathetic they are, after I thought everything was in order, my uncle passed away and of course we hearing stories that we now all of a sudden in arrears and blah blah blah, he passed away on the 24th Sep my mom made the claim on the 26th Sep. I contacted the person who the Ombudsman asked me to deal with by the name of Rob at the Client relation department but apparently his not working there anymore, a lovely friendly lady by the name of Anne was trying to assist but to date we still havent heard anything from Santam, I call everyday with my own expense with no joy. Am not sure if I should refer this matter to the Ombudsman again, the way Santam treats people especially elders who dont understand things they feel they can just rob them and do whatever they want. I want that money paid by Friday and the policy cancelled effective immediately and the October premium to be reversed as I will not be paying it on my mom's behalf again, theres no point!!!
