Fnb refuses to remove the judgement on my name

We purchased a property in 2007, went in arrears in 2009 in the same year we have paid the arears amount and to date have not skipped one monthly payment to fnb yet they do not want to remove the judgment, how can one help us, we cannot apply for credit due to this and it is so frustrating fnb as they are our chosen bank for our bond, we have been sent from fnb to transunion up and down over the past few years and no one seems to give us a sollution we still stuck at point one and the account has been up to date for the past 4 years after we had this incident... i feel you guys can help in this matter
if not, You Guys are giving us no choice to esccalate this matter over to the ombudsman
