Pathetic Service

I applied online for a loan at Bridge Loans yesterday which was the 08/10/2013.I have received an sms this morning confirming the approval of the loan but it didnt state when the payout was going to happen. Few hour later i received a call from a certain lady telling me she cannot confirm the payout date since they are having a problem but couldnt get into details as to what problems they are encountering was. She was so uninformative and didnt even assure me that the loan was going to be paid out anytime soon. All she could say was she doesnt know and cannot confirm when am i going to get the money. I atleast expected someone who has substantial information as to what is happening to contact me and give me a credible explanation or information. I found her phonecall annoying and unprofessional. I am highly diasappointed by the service i received.
