I got an email from above lady regarding my estate late of my father of whom i am the executor I filled redemption forms etc she told me the pay out would be 170 000 Imagine my surprise when 1127.00 was deposited to the estate late account did another follow up call where she confirmed again the amount and transferred me to a lady Bronwyn who was helpful but said the lady is new however the amounts are so vast and so different how could a mistake like that be made it is actually ridiculous and i am highly annoyed i do understand people are still new but who continously makes a mistake like that as this very morning she told me the payout was 174 k when i said i need an apology i was asked why??? is that not ridiculous i am still in shock and need some time to actually take this in
