Tow truck arrived 6hours late

I had to wait more than 6hours in a rainy weather in the middle of nowhere for a tow truck as my car couldn't start phoned them 10 times using my money which I want it refunded because Budget is so inefficient in ensuring that its customers are will taken care of and they are safe, I had to take my car to my mechanic at 8pm, when we got there he was closed the tow truck guys left my car outside the workshop I had no transport to go home, so I was forced to sleep in a car and I couldn't go to work the following day, I want an explanation from the leadership as to why they run a business only to treat they customers like nothing
