Wow!! Great Service from Kunall at Auto & General

What a terrific experience with Kunall. After receiving my policy document for annual increase - I phoned our Cape Town branch, but due to heavy call volumes ended up in "Durban" speaking to Kunall. Straight forward as I am - I told Kunall it is time for my annual "review" with the policy increase and I am negotiating a lower premium for 2014. He went out of his way to explain my policy in detail and stuff I did not understand was clarified. He was superefficient and very patient with me - although i interrupted him numerous times to re-explain terms. He exudes confidence and was knowledgeable in all areas. My sincere thanks and gratitude for Kunall for the excellent manner that he handled my query. It was truly a wonderful experience.
