I received an sms on the 04th Sept 2013 to say the claim has started and if I receive no answer in ten days I should call. I allowed more than ten days and then called. The operator called Thabo assured me that it will take another 7 days and that it will definitely be in on the following Friday. TheThursday I called again to confirm payment and the operator informed me that the system says that the banking account details I supplied does not exist. I then had to email the banking details and a copy of my id to [Email Removed] which I did. I called again on the Friday and the operator assured me that it has been received and forwarded for payment and I should expect payment middle of the next week. I again called on the Tuesday of the following week only to discover that my money will not be paid into that account because it is a third party account. I then forwarded another account of mine to [Email Removed] with my id and again called the next day to discover to my horror that I needed to fill out a form and it needed to be hand delivered or couriered tothem. Now imagine after so many calls and continues loading of airtime because of being kept on hold I am frustrated.
