First National Bank

I am very disappointing with FNB as i have been banking with them since 2006 and had no problems. in the last 10 months hackers managed to withdraw money from my account and gained access to my internet banking (in total 4 hacks). Why i blame the bank is because no attempt to improve security and the last attempt to get into my account FNB didnt even bother to change contact details back to mine so when i attempted to activate my internet banking an OTP was sent to their cell and still i saw an added recipient that was not removed and the loan they made still appearing on my profile all which should have been cleared / removed by FNB. i dont feel safe using FNB and i will not recommend the bank to anyone
