Stay away from Discovery Insure!!

One of the vehicles I own that my brother drives was involved in an accident and was written off. Today I received the call from discovery to tell me that this claim will be rejected based on the fact that the registered regular driver - T Oliver (whom might I add is in fact the regular driver) is not the regular driver and that this car is used for professional purposes. I did explained to the call centre agent that from time to time the vehicle is used for professional used to do maintenance work in different location as my brother is a maintenance officer. Discovery is now passing the buck saying that they are not liable as it should be listed as business use. The agent asked me the questions and I answered to the best of my ability and they then made the call to add the vehicle as private and professional use only now to decide to reject a claim on this basis. I have requested the tapes and will be telling them that I will be sitting in on the listening of these tapes as they are not going to get out of this lightly (if the tapes don't magically disappear). Guess the next stop is ombudsman and cancelations of all mine and husbands discovery products
