Charged R20per page for [URL Removed] free

Dear Hello-peter
Standard Bank charged R20per page for [URL Removed] FNB gave for same request free of charge.
FNB got this information from their archives within a day. I requested in the morning and they phoned me to come and fetch the printouts of the archived statements by the afternoon before 3pm. Why not the same service from Standard Bank. Moreover I had to request second time and charged R180 for first lot which might be more for second request. I was also told that I will have to wait another seven working days for second time, compared to FNB same day service on archived statements for free. This waiting period means I'll have to be delayed to proceed with the matter as required by other institutions who are in need of the statements before they attend to my matter.

Please investigate.
