Sanlam
Still not feedback despite undertaking

Following a previous complaint Sanlam gave an undertaking in writing to provide me with feedback on a weekly basis. This came from the National Managers office. Needless to say there has been none. Frankly I'm not surprised however it does explain the level of service throughout this department.
