I have a horible & night mare service with ABSA bank. I used to bank with them & was my favoutite bank untill I realized their high banking costs & always getting a bad service from their consultants. I parted ways and joined another bank & paid off all my what I owed them. I paid off my car in 2011 and untill today I still havent received my vehicle papers & being sent from pillar to post when ever I ask about them. I paid off my card that was with absa legals and was happy thinking that all is in order, only to be told that I still owe R926.00 that I do not know about. I made arrengement with them in 2011 and was told that all my payments are now all in order, only to my surprice when I was trying to buy a car that my account is still with ABSA legals and I owe money. I have never got a call from Absa about it and very upset about how they handling this case.
