Still receiving threatening mail

Im Still receiving threatening mail, about payment of the account, last month i complained about value bundles and Jan manager form fourways branch called me and told me that they cant refund the charges, that she will settle the account and close it, Today the letter i got is threatening to take legal steps against me and again my credit rating is affected. Its not that i dont have money, i switch banks - refer to my previous complain.
ABSA you dont care about your customers.
Credit the charges and close the account. Since you are famous on writting letters, i need a letter to show you closed the account and an apology for the threatening mail issued to me.
