Recycling of Prescribed Debt

I keep getting calls from DMC call centre staff demanding I pay an account which account which according to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, section 10 (1). It's been many years since this debt existed. I think since 2004.

When I ask the agents what about the prescribed act, they don't seem to know what I'm talking about.

Please stop harassing me with your phone calls and coming to my home with this.
