I have been trying to close my Marevedi Incredible Connection Account.
The account is paid up, but trying to get to the correct person at the call center is a big problem.
The customer service agents are not helpful at all and transferred my call from one person to the next.
All I want to do is CLOSE the account.
Have sent numerous emails to: [Email Removed] No reply, as I expected.
