I wanted to pay my outstanding account at Makro and had not received an account by the 3 Oct. First phoned Makro Wonderboom and given the wrong number to phone in Cape Town for the amount outstanding.

NINE calls later, and having had such a bad experience from a Jesicca at RCS Wonderboom, was given the correct number to phone.

80% in my call with Cape Town, the phone was cut off and no call back from them. Eventually, I called back and was given the outstanding amount which I paid.
