Day light robery

Got RCS mini loan in December 2012 agreed to repay the amount within 12 month, I have notice the keep decreasing my monthly repayment when I calculate this it will take another 2 yrs to settle the account why are they doing this without my permission, this is day light I need them to fix this as I don't have time to go and pay this as they requested..the arrogant agent keep on telling me their system don't have that function, then they must create the function then
