Day light robery - Rude service

I had done a top up approx 3 weeks ago and is still pending pay out. I had topped up my exisitng loan by an amount that was available on the website. The amount given then substracted my current loan amount and gave me a pay out value with a new installment value. Now they debitted my bank for old installment and i am still going to get the same payout . this is if you do not know accounting then dont expect the rest of us not - I want my money refunded this roberry.
