I would just like to ask why you guys have an emailing service if all your service consultants reply to me is that i must call in to a consultant to verify my details and they will be able to help me further!!! That was Lesley reply to me. Then i get a response from David that i must go into a branch or call the branch to get assistance!!
Dont you guys call YOUR clients??? Its very easy to reply to someone on email and tell them to call in. This is the 3rd time now i am complaining about FNB my card is being delivered today and im having second thoughts about actually going forward and activating this account!!! The customer service is shocking!!
