Illegal Change of Premium

I took out a policy for insurance on a vehicle i purchased last year November, and they quoted me an amount of opproximately R670.

Today i purchased a second vehicle, and asked for a quote on insurance, and then they noticed they have been charging me the wrong amount and want to up it to R1090 because they didnt record the details correctly.

Needless to say this in breach of the CPA, and gives me grounds to sue them, as this was not my fault, but theirs. I have been payign that premium for a year already, and now they want to change it due to an error on their side.

Once again, a service provider promising the world, and delivering nothing.
