The level of customer service at MFC is absolutely shocking to say the least!
Not only do I get a letter from Byron Davids making threats and demands on me for my account that is in arrears he sends this letter to me by registered mail which I only received on Mon the 30th of Sept but its dated the 9th of Sept. He called me once to follow up but unfortunately I missed his call. I have subsequently been trying to get in touch with him, his supervisor Freddie and their so-called 'collections department' but nobody answers a phone, returns a call or answers a message. I got a mail from them yesterday to say Byron has been away on training and would return my call today. I've sent emails, tried calling for over a week now.
I am aware of my account being arrears and I am in the process of rectifying it. Unfortunately, we have had a turn for the worse as I was retrenched and my husband's business has taken a downturn so, sadly, we have fallen behind on our installments but we are trying our best to rectify the situation. I understand when an account is in arrears it needs to get sorted asap but do Byron Davids and MFC have to treat us like common criminals??
