No effort from cpmpany to rectify situation

I have reported this matter. I received a message to call Barbara regarding complaint, called all of yesterday and left several messages for her to get back to me. Called the local branch and was told that they were told to tell the clients to just be patient and theres nothing they can do about the problem. I received a sms from bridge loans monday morning stating that all outstanding loan payments will be sorted out this week. well, this was just more misleading information. I cannot accept the fact that a company can tell me they have no access to there system and that they are not able to geive me any information. It is approximately a month since my application has been approved and no one can give me information regarding the status of my account accept to say that it has been approved but they have no access to the system. I have first been told that that there is a system problem then so many contradicting stories and once again just a I could not be bothered attitude regarding my complaint. I mean why are they misleading us with sms and promises they obviously cannot commit to. they only commitment they are portraying to be be uncommitted to clients.
