Dishonesty by Standard Bank once again

Okay so last week friday, I was once again to by one of Standard Bank's consultant who said that I will receive my money within 48hrs and look 92hrs later I still don't have my money and what makes it worse is that the call centre agents take FOREVER to answer my calls!!!
