A week ago, you sent my wife a really nice looking VIP email with an additional loan offer which she discussed with me and we decided to accept. Boy oh boy what a nightmare there-after. She requested a please call me option which was embedded in the body of the email (twice). Nobody called her so she called in that evening to your call center. During the conversation with the Consultant there was a lot of noise and laughter in the background. This Consultant completed her application and promised to call her back that evening. No Call was received. She called in again the next day and was given outstanding requirements which she subsequently submitted. This included going to the police station for an affidavit as we do not receive post in our area. Our post is delivered to a PO Box address. Still no feedback. She called in again and was again given more documents which was duly faxed and she emailed thru to your company. She is still waiting for feedback..This is now a week later. If this is the kind of service your company delivers to their customers then you truly need to take a good look at improving this. If she does not hear from your company by the close of business today
