Dont try phone for settlement!!! Or email! or pay?

It deems to be impossible to find the right person to find out who to talk to to get a settlement! I was under debt review and want to make arrangements to pay up my account but know one seems to want me to do so!
Then they put the debt collectors on your back that phones and threatens and bug you at any time of day and night! Very unprofessional and I would never refer anyone to make use of this Bank as it seems that know one there knows what to do or who to appoint to assist a person wanting to pay of his debt!
