Hello Investec

Just to remind you that I tried calling your offices 0860468468. After holding for a few minutes, I accepted the offer of leaving a voice message. Just to make sure, I posted a call-back request on your website.

Well yesterday at 09h50, I received an email from Bianca Sukai (thanking me for using the online email support facility) saying she has forwarded the request to the Cash Investments team. I am still waiting for the team to call me, and never heard anything from the initial voice-mail message I left.

But I don't care, Investec. My 90 days notice period is up and I look forward to moving my investments and never having to deal with your incompetent call centres again.
