How can this be possible???

How can a big company like ABSA not have backup systems or how is it possible that the operators at head office/customer assist don't have a clue how to help the employees at the branches?? They are there to assist the clients and the employees at the branches but when you phone them there is not even 1 out of 6 who is able to assist neither the client nor the employee at the branches (besides the 20min to speek to someone who can't help you)!!
Almost a week ago I went to my ABSA branch to apply for a Revolving loan. The application was approved and that is how far it went!!!
I have been away from work for 3 days already trying to sign my approved application and still no luck. Every time it is same excuse.
Now they say the quote is only valid for a certain amount of days so that means that I'm going to have to go back to apply again??
For the past 10 years I have been with ABSA and now they treat me like this???
This is unacceptable!!!
