I am in Germany, and will remain there for the next 3 months. Just before I left the country, I went to the Small Street Branch in Johannesburg, to inquire about the travel wallets (Cash passport) and they told me that they don't do those things. I then asked them, "how am I going to have access to my funds", they then told me that the card will work overseas though there will be high transaction costs. I have a very low limit, meaning that I can't withdraw enough money to live. Some consultant called me when I got to Germany about the transaction they had rejected to tell me that I need to call South Africa to increase the limit, how am i gonna do this if I cant even communicate with my family telephonically. I am only able to withdraw 60 euros a day, and this is really unfair to me a customer and wish that someone had done things properly from the Bank. I can't leave like this and I am so unhappy. I asked my mom to go and speak to the bank for me about increasing my international limit, but still they refused. How am i going to live for the next 3 months.
