I had a credit card on my check account which was handed over to attorneys, i made arrangement in May2013 and settled my account. Later this moth i founded out that my record as not been updated at I.T.C and Experian. I had to request all the document myself and manually contact the Unions and to my dis faction it still has not been updated and had to lodge disputes myself.it is October now and still they fail to deliver
