From BAD to GOOD

We recently moved from Stellenbosch to Pretoria. Shortly after unpacking our boxes, lightning damaged our router and freezer and we discovered some items missing as a result of our move.

Although the initial claims process was a bit of a nightmare (you cannot contact PPS over weekends, PPS had somehow "forgotten" to inform Hollard of our change of address and the majority of their call centre staff are anything but professional) our claim was handled speedily and professionally and paid out in full.

Even though it took a lot of patience, on balance: Well done PPS!
